Viola Nakadama is the founder of NutriCycle Farm Uganda, an innovative enterprise turning food waste into highly nutritious animal feeds.
Armed with a diploma in Organic Agriculture, she applies Black Soldier Fly technology to reduce food wastage while producing quality, sustainable animal feeds. Her work champions innovation and environmentally friendly practices within Uganda’s agribusiness sector.
Beyond production, Viola has played a transformative role in empowering communities. She has trained farmers to adopt eco‑friendly methods that enhance productivity and long-term sustainability.
In recognition of her impactful contribution to agriculture and environmental stewardship, she received the Environmental Impact Award at the 2025 Mkazipreneur Impact Awards.
